This is a lovely little blouse from the 1970's, there was a huge 40's revival in the 70's, so they designed a lot of 40's inspired pieces, like this one.
 
Pretty stitched shoulder detailing, elevate this blouse.
Simple pretty button front fastening.
 
Short sleeves (these have been changed from long sleeves at some point, but very neatly)
 
Perfect for Spring, tucked into a pair of trousers or a high waisted skirt.

Says a size 14 on the label but please see measurements above, as I think its a little smaller. 
 
 
Fabric feels like viscose (silk mix) but I think it may actually be polyester. There is a tiny 'nick' in the fabric at the front bear the right shoulder.
And almost imperceptible, very light 'water' marks...these marks are incredibly hard to see.
